27 year old male who was born with normal ears but sustained an amputation of the left ear at age 17 due to a car accident. He had 5 rib cartilage surgeries to try to reconstruct the ear, but they were not successful. He desired a final attempt create a surgical ear using the Porous Implant technique.

Result is 1 year after one “salvage” Medpor surgery and just before a 2nd surgery for minor revisions.
