5 year old boy with right grade 2 microtia/aural stenosis and hemifacial microsomia.
It was very challenging to create symmetry in this case due to the unusual anatomy: the canal is very low compared to the normal side and he was born with no earlobe.
Result is 3 years after 1st stage and 5 months after 2nd stage.
