10-year-old boy with right grade 2-grade 3 microtia/atresia. This patient has a very low microtia remnant with a low canal that was non-functional but could not be removed. With this challenging anatomy, I opted to “hide” the canal behind the earlobe to make it less noticeable. Result is 8 months after one surgery.
