4-year-old girl with left grade 3 microtia/atresia and right grade 1 microtia that was prominent. We opted not to scan the right ear for the implant but I designed a small 3D implant with typical ear anatomy to try to approximate the right side. She also had an otoplasty (ear pinning) on the right ear to set it backwards slightly.
