Patient Panel Registration
For those families that have already had surgery and want to share their experiences with others, please email email@example.com prior to registration. We are always incredibly thankful to our patient families wanting to help others! We do limit our panel to 10 post-op families.
In order to help spread awareness about microtia, as well as educate families about events, we document our events with photographs and video, and typically put together a fun, post-event wrap-up video. This is very important to us and we appreciate your help. Families will be asked to sign a photo/video release during registration.
LAMAC has a no cancellation policy and cannot refund Registration Fees. If you are not able to attend the event, your fee will be considered a tax-deductible donation to Earicles. Please check with Terranea Resort regarding their cancellation policy.
