But, if you had Microtia Ear Surgery over the summer, the Back to School list may also include:
- Headbands
- Pony Tail Holders
- Earrings
- Buzz cut
I’ve had many patients email me photos and stories of their First Day of School:
“We started out first grade with a new ear!!!! Gabby was so excited to wear her headband today! It stayed on all day thanks to my new big girl EAR!!! Thank you for this wonderful gift!”
“Abby’s first day of Kindergarten! She was 3 weeks post op for her first day of school and so excited to show off her beautiful new “Big” ear. Thank you Dr. Lewin!”
“Dayla’s first days of 3rd grade with her new ear and of course, new earrings! Thank you for all that you do!”
“We are overjoyed with the results and overwhelmed with gratitude to Dr. Lewin – David has two new ears in just one school year!”
“Hayden is doing great since his surgery in June. During his first week of school they had “show and tell.” Hayden said that “by far his new ear was the coolest!”
