Dr. Sheryl Lewin will be hosting the Earicles Denver Microtia Atresia Conference (“DENMAC”) on Saturday, July 25th, 2026 at the Omni Interlocken Hotel in Denver! This “mini” conference is limited to approximately 20 new pre-op families.

Earicles is working in collaboration with Ear Community, as their picnic will immediately follow our DENMAC event!

Cancellation Policy

We have a no cancellation policy and cannot refund the registration fee due to any cancellations.

Photo/Video Release

In order to help spread awareness about Microtia, as well as educate families about our Microtia Meet & Greets and Earicles Microtia Atresia Conferences, we document our events with photographs and video, and typically put together a fun, post-event wrap-up video. This is very important to us and we appreciate your help. Families will be asked to sign a photo/video release during registration. If you have questions about this policy, please email info@lewinmd.com prior to registering.

NOTE: This conference is targeted towards families wanting to come to both the morning presentations and Individual Patient Appointments. We want to meet with families and we want Microtia families to meet each other!

Individual Patient Appointments (“IPAs”)

IPAs with Dr. Lewin are approximately 12-14 minutes in length and are meant to be a brief introduction.

If the patient is eligible for a 3D scan, this will occur after your IPA. There will be no additional fee for a 3D scan at the conference ($200 value).

Dr. Sheryl Lewin, Porous Implant Ear Reconstruction Surgeon

Dr. Lewin is a Craniofacial-trained board-certified Plastic Surgeon. She is one of the leading microtia surgeons of the world treating children and adults with the Porous Implant Ear Reconstruction (“PIER”) technique. She has spent the last 20 years developing innovative techniques to improve the outcome of PIER, including the 3D Lewin Ear Implant by SuPor. She is the founder of Earicles, Miracles for Ears, a non-profit organization dedicated to help children born with microtia thrive through Education, Advocacy, Research, Surgery (EARS).

Tiffany Wilke, Microtia Patient Liaison / Conference Coordinator

Tiffany is the mother of a 19 year old boy with bilateral Microtia Atresia that has undergone the ear reconstruction process. He has two Lewin Ears and wears bilateral Cochlear Baha 6 hearing processors. As Dr. Lewin’s Microtia Patient Liaison, Tiffany helps patients navigate the overall surgery process. In addition, Tiffany is a Cochlear Americas volunteer and was a lead parent advocate for the WI Children’s Hearing Aid & Cochlear Implant bill.

Accommodations

For those families wanting overnight accommodations, we have secured a discounted group rate starting at $229 (plus taxes) at the Omni. A mountain view room is an additional $20 fee.

The standard $25 Destination Fee (free parking, bottled waters, wi-fi, use of pool, fitness classes, golf driving range/club rentals) has been WAIVED for our Earicles group. Rooms are based on availability with a group cut off date of 6.26.26.

Please note that the conference starts early on Saturday morning at 7:30am, so plan accordingly!
